I've received over a dozen calls from(516)277-8427 even tho I'm on the DNC registry. No one leaves a message or speaks if I answer altho I can hear background noise. When I ran a check I found it's from a cell phone in Nassau, New York. Can't be related to the US census and sure not from a cell phone in NY.
