This number called again and I asked them to please take my ne off their list that I wasn't interested and besides I thought it was a scam. I hung up when he started yelling. He then called me back and left a voicemail staying that he was Kevin McCarty with the Federal Grants Dept and demanded that I call him back "right now" and apologize or he was going to "flash? Out my number and report it to the FCD". Who are these people?
