I'm receiving phone calls for someone else that I have never heard of before yesterday. The people that are calling are saying that my Loan (the person that is Not me!)

I received 69 phone calls yesterday 52 so far today when I asked this guy from Easy US Loan if he could Help get my phone number removed all he would say is NO to all of my questions. Another guy said it would cost me $110.00 to get the calls to stop when I said I'm not paying he hung up on me.
How can I get this to stop
