a caller with a very strong middle eastern accent claiming to be a window's technician named Samuel (I burst out laughing at that one) tried to convince me that my Windows computer had a virus. This is the 5th such call I've received in the last month. All the callers used various numbers from different area codes and spoke broken English. They all used American names they struggled to annunciate.
