I received an automated call from 877-683 1155 which turns out to be an XMRADIO collections department. They said I owed money for account 37929534 which is not even my account number for XM. I then called XM Radios real number and asked if I owed anything. They said I owed $21 for automatic renewal. WHAT! My original prepaid subscription was up in March and I canceled in February so I knew I didn't owe anything. I was very aggravated on the phone with the XMRADIO guy and he dropped the fake charge gladly when he could see that I was correct according to his own records. Before he dropped the charge he tried to ask me what month I canceled and I told him to look at the computer records in front of him. He then verified that I canceled before the date that the prepaid subscription was up. He knew all along and tried to tell me that it was an automatic renewal charge. Don't be scammed by them.
I would strongly suggest that anyone with XM Radio check their credit cards and make sure the charges are accurate. I did a search on google and they are pulling this off on a mass scale with people. The guy verified to me that they are collecting on people. IT'S A SCAM.
