I must say, this scam is a particularly horrible one- this guy told me that federal law enforcers, accompanied by local law enforcement, were ON THEIR WAY to arrest me! I called my local police dept. to report it and they sent me to my state's attorney general. I found the phone number and an online reporting form, too. I called and left a message and also filled out the online reporting form. Maybe your local PD would tell you who to report it to.
