My call was from Anthony Miller (with an India accent) stating it is of importance that I that he hears from me or my attorney of record. It is a time sensitive issue and that I should not disregard his call. If he does not hear from me or my attorney then all he can do is wish me luck as the situation unfolds on me. I have had this person or persons like him call so many times over the last 2 years it is not funny. The message they leave is of a "threatening" nature in that they make you think you might be in major trouble. You are not it is a SCAM. I spoke to one of the callers once and told him he was full of S%#T and he got very nasty. I hung up on him as he had called both my cell number and my place of business (which is illegal) harassing me. He then proceeded to call me 20 times in a row at work, I would ignore the call and a few seconds later he would call again. At first I just ignored the call but finally after a few mins of the nonsense picked up and told him that it was illegal for him to call me at work and harass me. I was calling the cops to report the number. He argued with me and I hung up. He blocked the caller ID and I started getting the restricted/unknown caller ID for about another 3-5 mins one call after another. Finally he stopped that was about 4-6 months ago. Yesterday I got a call/message on my cell & work and the exact scripted message was left on both. The call came in from US Cellular 580-372-2828.
MAJOR SCAM...ignore/hang up/delete messages. Do not reply to these people, do not give them the satisfaction.

I was harassed on several occassions by some Michelle Brown lady. They claimed I was going to be taken to court because charges had been filed against my social. Something about I had taken out a loan, failed to pay it back and now the lender was pressing charges. This was all a lie!

caller said he was an attorney and that unless I went to walmart and got a green dot card and sent them$1,060 immediately i would be arrested today,I asked on what charges they said they would send all info to me after I sent them the $1,060,I told them it doesn't work that way I asked who Isupposedly owed and they said cash advance...(funny I have never applied for a cash advance)they said they had already filed charges against me in court when I asked for case # they said they didn't have that info to give me.I asked what law firm this was they said anderson and thompson.I hung up.called info for this name in WI,no such # listed,called bar asst. no one by these names,called courts in my state and WI...no charges.shortly after this received call from woman said she was police officer in my county on her way to arrest me unless I sent this money in immediately,I asked her what county she was in she responded your county I said I know what county I'm in what county are you in she got very nasty using foul language and said she would see me behind bars..I went to court house and told them what happened filed complaint (they said it sounds like a scam)...filed with local police and with WI police,filed complaint with DA's office

This is a scam based out of Auburn University. They are trying to rip you off. They claim to be a "Law Firm" A law firm out of Auburn University right and I'm the president(more than likely a bunch of college kids trying to make a quick buck, they are going to get busted really quick. If they call you don't answer. They leave threatening messages stating you will be arrested for not paying a payday loan, which is impossible as you can't be arrested for not paying a payday loan(even if you have one) Report them to the FBI or Local Police in Alabama

Some guy identified as John Thomas - heavy India accent -state I was being investigate on social security and lawsuit. I ask for t6he company NC Bar license. I then hung up (came thru my company phone) He called back and stating the same information I told hgim "bxxx sxxx" and then hunged up.
He had my cell number - his voice was the same two months ago from another phone number different location.
