When I would not give him my email (I asked him to send me his offer of 5000.00 in a document), he gave me an email of tyler.john@usa.com. I then asked him for a website; he said he was not authorized to give me that information, that I would need to send an email to his supervisor at the email address he gave me. Needless to say, I did not email them nor did I give them any information about me-they had my cell phone number, that is bad enough. I have now blocked the number from my phone but they probably have multiple numbers to use so I don't know how much good it does to block this one. Definitely scammers out to get access to your money and your information.

Chinese-speaking con artist also known as the boss named Peter who works with a team to scam innocent individuals into ordering cell phones and taking your money. Then asks you to return the cell phones for credit, but you never get your money back. Works with a Mark Hsieh in Flushing, NY under AGOVINO ROGERS CORP. SCAM!!

i got a voice mail (with the last 4 of soc. sec #) saying i got a payday loan "sometime" this year & if i didn't return the call there would be a warrant for me. this was on Sept 20th, 2012
i returned the call & spoke with a man named Peter who persisted to tell me that i received a payday loan of $100.00 (which i have not) when i tried to talk to the man he was very rude and would not give me a straight answer on anything i asked. all he would say was it was a payday loan and it was sometime this year. he threaten to call my employer, i am disabled, and repeatedly made threats of having the cops at my door Monday to take me to court.
well it's Tuesday can something please be done about this harassment!

That his name is Peter and left a voice message that I am being sued and I or my retained records lawyer needs to contact him. If he don't hear from me or my lawyer there will be criminal charges and sued. And wishes me the best of luck with what unfolds.
He has a bad india accent and pronouced my last name wrong . Then left his number twice and said not to disregard the message. To bad I don't owe anybody any money.
