All calls informed me that my computer had infections and that they would talk me through a solution. They said they were contacted by Microsoft to sort out viruses...
Did not proceeed, but managed to get their phone number, which I googled, and found numerous complaints.

He repeatedly calls claiming that our computer software has been compromised and that he is appointed by Microsoft to repair it.He also asked my daughter's age during one of the conversations.
