Here's a copy/pasted comment from another blog that works to stop these calls; I got a easy way to stop these continuous calls; 866-246-7196. Another website for the caller with the last 3 digits of the phone number different had a comment from a person who researched to get this do not call request service. They provide this service to a small number of companies that call consumers that want to minimize complaints and save time not calling people who don't want to be called. First give the caller's phone number to verify it's on their list. Then give them the receiving phone number to add to the do not call list.

This was an unsolicited call to a do-not-call number to possibly obtain credit card info via a "lower your bills" pitch. Many complaints have been made to the originator of the call by myself and others, apparently. I've called my state Attorney General's Consumer Affairs Division to complain. I would hope that action could be taken to terminate the phone service used to make these illegal calls and perhaps that federal prosecution be initiated agains them. The person who answered the phone on this and previous occasion did not speak with an accent. These calls are connected to both male and female boiler room employees.
