calls several times a day despite me telling them I do not wish to receive their calls, entering my numbers on both the national and state do not call list, and calling the attorney general of PA . I will not start to record their calls. I ask for an address and they hang up so I cannot send them a letter telling them to stop calling.

Ugh, I hate these calls. No matter if you tell them you don't have credit card debt, they keep on calling back. This annoyance lead me to put the time and effort into getting them to stop calling. Turns out a blog comment suggesting calling 866-246-7196 was quite an efficient way of stopping the calls. Just give the caller's and receiving phone numbers. They'll verify the phone number calling is on their list and then add the receiving phone number to the do not call request list.
