First call from someone who said he was Mr Hoffman said I was committing fraud and I was going to be arrested, the government was going to come after me because I bought a sofa at big lots with credit knowing I owe others. Said a law suit was filed and I was going to lose my house. But, If I called these people he knows they could consolidate my debt and make monthly payments. He gave me a time limit to give these people a call. I ignored it and did not call the other number and about one week later a man named Mr Gold (He was the same person that called the first time) and said he had been in contact with the the county authorities where I live and he was a process server to serve me with a law suit. He once again said we could avoid this if I called this company to consolidate my debt we could stop the lawsuit. He gave me a number and a 8:30 pm deadline to call back. I did not! I looked up the number and found it was associated with Triple AC Resolution. I feel sorry for the people who are intimidated by people like him. I am not!
