Harass them right back!!!! I call them back on 201-857-9080 - over and over and over again. Sometimes I don't day anything, sometimes I crinkle plastic near the mike, sometimes I randomly press numbers to send them irritating tones, sometimes I use a fake unintelligible agent to keep them on the line. With unlimited minutes on my phone, I redial them when I'm driving, when I'm playing computer games or watching TV - sometimes up to 200 times a day. It is quite satisfying to know that I am tying up one of their lines and their staff preventing them from scamming others. The best reward is to hear the growing frustration of the scammers as I continue to call and harass them.
