As Bernie reported, I got an automated recording from someone with a very heavy accent - I thought it was Indian - saying that he was with the IRS and to call back immediately. I didn't call back. I always use my home phone number when filing my taxes so figured this was a scam.

Got a call and the recording said he was an officer with the FBI and I needed to call back this number because of a "very serious problem." I checked out the number and the guy had an Indian accent and I knew it was a scam and told him so when I called back and then hung up on him. He then called back and started making all kinds of vulgar statements and I then contacted the police and made a report because he was impersonating an officer, which is illegal.
