Jusr received a call from this number & recording said the IRS are getting ready to file a lawsuit against me. Previous post above is true - the IRS will always send a notification letter. Will report to attorney general's office.

They said it was the IRS and they were getting ready to file suit against me. I'm a CPA so I know that the IRS will always send you an official letter and not call you.

Got call today Jan. 21, 2015. Pretending to be IRS with last attempt to contact me, because IRS is filling suit against me(!!!!?????). Yea, right. IRS sends a letter to review your tax filing BEFORE any other action is take. Do these a..h.. think people are stupid?? (at least most are not). They want you to call 202.239.5054. If you do call them (incognito of course), a recorded Magic Jack voice ad tells you to subscribe. After the message is done, an official phone company says "your call cannot be complete as dial or the number has been disconnected"
