I got the same number 202-241-8669 call me leaving me a message also.
She said this call was to notify me about an federal tax warrant at a CP11 notice issued under my name. And there are some immediate charges which would likely be pressed against me. So before anything goes wrong.. She urges me to call her back on her call back number "202-241-8669."

Total Scam! She went by a weird name Koreza Malt. She couldn't explain what exactly was the charges, and didn't tell me exactly all the details, so I had an feeling it was a scam. These people have no life!

This afternoon, I received a phone call from the number 2022417181 and 2022418669 respectively. At first a female caller said I owed IRS tax money. She gave me 2 options:

1. Get arrested by the police and have all of my assets seized and go to jail today.
2. Talk to their public attorney and pay the owed amount to avoid being arrested.
3. Don't let any third party know because this is against the new IRS regulation.
4. Keep the phone contact connected else it indicates rejection of the IRS offer to resolve the issue privately.
5. Go to a grocery store to buy some cards, enough to pay the owed amount.
6. Go back home and 2 policemen will come to collect the money and removed the owed money from the IRS record.

Watch out. This is not a person. It is a group.

THIS PERSON LEFT ME A VOICE MAIL STAYING THAT THERE IS A WARRANT FOR MY ARREST FROM IRS. I CALLED BACK AND THAT PERSON WAS NOT AVAILABLE SO SOMEONE ELSE STARTED TO TALK TO ME ABOUT MY SO CALLED CASE. THIS IS A SCAM I WENT ON LINE AND FOUND OUT THAT IRS DO NOT CALL. THEY ONLY SEND OFFICIAL LETTERS AND NOT ONLY THAT IRS DOES NOT HAVE "CASE NUMBERS"
PEOPLE SHOULD BE FULL AWKWARDNESS ABOUT THIS
