Guy with heavy indian accent named "Officer Mark Conrad" calling supposedly from the IRS Legal Affairs office, told me a person in my household had an arrest warrant that was going to be activated as soon as I hung up the phone due to unpaid taxes? Then I was transferred to his Senior Restitution Officer to find out how to pay off the amount that was supposedly due and to put it on a pre-paid card so they can scam me out of money. Oh and this guys name was "Danny Werfel". Don't get fooled by these idiots!!!

I received a call from the person with some kind of an accent (India?) saing that Treasury Department opened a case against me.
He probably thinks that DC number scares people.

Claimed to represent the IRS and was investigating my recently filed tax return,
the IRS doesn't have sub-contractors, so obliously this is a scam.
