A male with a voice hard to understand told me he was from a Goverment Agency, when I asked what Agency and what it was in reference he told me was trying to verify if my number was a working one and hang up. I tried to called back an is a non working number. Very strange

Sounded like a Filipino woman (very difficult to understand) wanted to send me $9K for being a loyal tax payer! When I asked for verification through the mail she hung up.
