A man with a thick Indian accent, so thick he was difficult to understand called claiming he was from the IRS. He said there was a fraud on my taxes and that I must call him back. He started speaking his message before the voice mail was recording. It sounds like he is reading what he is saying. The IRS sends you letters for audits, they don't call you.
