This is a scam trying to part you with your money. IRS will not call you directly!

The caller claimed to be from the criminal investigation of IRS and I need to call back immediately bla bla. The message is addressed to me by name and the caller is a foreign individual with accent.

I got multiple calls from 202-241-0003 with similar scam message, except that one claimed to be from the legal dept of IRS instead of criminal investigation! :) I blocked that number and so they called me with a new one.

Callers both times sounded angry (as in you-owe-us-money type of angry, LOL). I used to work for the IRS and the IRS will never call anyone to resolve any issue over the phone.
