I got a message in broken barely audible English when I got home today, stating I was selected for a grant, yet the man on the other end of the phone when I called back was rude, belligerent, and would not provide me with ANY info when I requested it, yet altogether DEMANDED mine! The government doesn't have a grants department that just calls you up and gives you odd amounts of large sums of money. (I think I was to get around 9 thou, plus some odd dollar amount).
Just stop calling me. There is nothing in my bank account for you to wipe out, scammers- so you will have to try to rip someone else off. (I fund the war effort from the AMERICAN side!)
