This is just another low-life, bottom feeding scammer using a spoofed number that is no longer in service for their Caller ID. Don't waste your time answering. If you want to report them to the FCC, go ahead. But this seems to be fruitless!!The FCC is losing the battle on these types of calls, and the Goverment must have this harrassment on the bottom of their list, because nothing is being done to stop them!!!!

Don't waste your time answering. If you want to report them to the FCC, go ahead.
