They are a part of a Scam ! They claim to be a part of windows or microsoft. Tell you that you need some hacking protection to protect your computer and charge you money for it. I suggest not to talk to these scammers and get the computer fixed by a local geek in real. You can't trust someone calling you out of the blue telling you about your computer problem. They usually have a heavy indian accent but call themself american ! They are shit holes ready to screw your bank account and your computer !
