Weekly receive fax from this sender. Always has a toll call removal request number. Fax does not disclose sender or the vending company. They alsao give a fax number for you to reply with your request for more information.
I fax the removal request each week and they just send another one the next week anyway.

I am accumulating a good sample of them to send along to FCC with my written complaint.
