If you call back there is a recording that says you can be placed on their DNC list by pressing "1". Sounds like, smells like a telemarketer.

Same as above -- ringing & began a message that said I might want to listen to the message if I have debt. I hung up. I have put my name & number on the Govt run DNC list twice recently -- & I've been told we can report these numbers & get these people fined.

I answered the call and immediately heard a ringing as if I had called someone. After a few rings the line hung up.

I answered, it immediately began ringing out like I had dialed a number. Very tricky indeed.
