Called, hung up on answering machine. Called again, hung up on answering machine. Called again, answered phone, they hung up. Called number back numerous times and get nothing but a Cold Play song played in loop via piano. Whoever this is... they are super sketch. Reported this to SPD over the phone and was informed that this outfit and number had already received numerous complaints and were under investigation.
