I just now got a call on my Celphone at 3;31PM Central Time on 04-18-12. There was a woman on the other end speaking spanish! So I hung up! I live in Irving,Texas which is Located Between Dallas & Fort Worth and also Located West of Dallas and East of Fort Worth. Is there any to put a stop this?
