This number keeps calling, won’t leave any messages and when you do answer you cannot understand anything more than a partial word in a horrible broken and delayed accent. When you ask who they are asking for, who they are, what they need, anything; they hang up and that's it...until it starts all over the next day or two.
They just simply need to stop; they need shut down, Period!!!
