someone from this number name david smith called my job and our HR dept. sent me a emaial saying that me or my attorney needs to call them and that it's time sensitive.

I had the same thing happen to me. He told me I owed him money and that he was going to make me lose my job. I actually had my co-worker answer and say I was no longer employed there. It is a huge scam.
