These people are scammers who try to make you pay for loans you never took and use names that sound official so you get scared.
Douglas Cooper even gave me a number for his CA Bar Assoc license which is 190203. Do not provide them any information!

Person calling stated loan was taken out. Stated that was a scam and the man tried to say he did not know what I was talking about. Received to calls in two days. This needs to be stopped. They need to get a real job and quit trying to scam people
