I have twice receive a call from phone number 210-563-7177 concerning a merchant services account I supposedly have at Target. However, I do not have such an account, I rarely shop at Target and when I do, it is with cash.

Called on a Sunday, Aug 3, leaving voicemail that stated I needed to call an 855 number immediately. Said they had to talk to me about my (non-existent Emergent Services account. That VISA and MasterCard required this due to the"breach." (?) When I called, got shuffled to voicemail asking me to leave a response and my name and number.

Right, sure, I'll be doing that soon.
