Calls relatives stating urgency that they contact me because I'm facing 2-4 years in prison for check fraud. I don't write checks so I know it's fraud. The only people he contacted where men in my family. He violated the Fair Credit Act by revealing ALL of my info. This is a scam. Tries to scare u into paying him over the phone
