Got a call from this number and a guy with an Indian accent insisted that my computer was infected. I told him my computer was fine and I didn't take it in for repairs, but he tried to assure me that my computer was infected. I told him to take me off of his call list.
That call was at 3:30PM, but going through my call log there was also calls at 11:17AM, 10:53AM, and calls from prior days.

Supposedly from Microsoft (not). Lots of noise in the background, heavy accent plus Microsoft never makes those kinds of calls. Told caller to hang on and put the phone down for a few minutes then hang up.
