They call and call and call. Nobody is there when I answer. When I call them back I sit on hold for ages. They are beyond the illegal stage.

I'm terribly irritated by calls from this number. They call at least five times every day. Why? Anyone else being bothered by this company?

These calls are coming from a known scam/spam artist doing business under the name Global Reach International.
You can call: 213-452-6539 and ask to be put on their Do Not Call list.
You can also file a complaint with the FCC at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm
And add your phone numbers to the National Do Not Call List at https://www.donotcall.gov/
Finally, Pacific Bell / AT&T is their phone carrier. Haven't figured out how to complain to them yet but, if you know, post it here.
