This is Legal Recovery Law Offices, a collection agency that wants you to think that they are a law firm. They are alleged to have conducted scams where they file a claim for a default judgement with a court providing a ficticious address for the debtor. The debtor is therefor never aware of the proceedings until the court issues the default judgement and they have extracted the alleged amount of the debt, court costs and arbitrary interest charges from the debtor's account. This is illegal, but the debtor may have no money left to get a lawyer to recover the money they took. They are located in California where collection agencies are not regulated, but you still can file a complaint with the attorney general if they are involved with your debt.
