As other people have said, Judy Smith is very threatening saying she is from U.S.Treasury saying a petition has been filed against my name for tax fraud and to call her at 213-270-1985.

A warning should be put out on computers and newspapers warning people of this. They should be trying to track this scam down as soon as possible. Right away I knew if this was legitimate I would have received a letter NOT a phone call.

THIS KIND OF OUTRAGEOUS CR*P NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN BY THE TELEPHONE COMPANIES! WHY MUST WE ENDURE SUCH HARASSMENT?! HOPE THESE FRAUDS ARE CAUGHT AND JAILED! DO NOT APPRECIATE THIS KIND OF HARASSMENT, ESPECIALLY AT 8:11 A.M. WHEN TRYING TO SLEEP DUE TO ILLNESS!

Threating message comes on when you answer telling you to call the number back to discuss the case filed against you for tax fraud. I called the number back out of curiosity, a man with an Indian accent answered and asked was the number I was calling from the number that I received the call on. I told him no. He asked for the telephone number and I told him he should be able to tell me my number once I provided my name. He refused to go any further once I refused to provide the number I received the call on. He hung up.
