This gentleman called my home and stating that there was a criminal case against me with a company named First Financial for a payday loan that I defaulted on. He stated that this would hurt my medical license and that he would be turning it over. When asked dates or or other pertinent information he could not supply that only stated that I needed to call my attorney or the courts for further information. I have attempted to call him several times and he refuses to know answer the call, and when he does answer the call he is stalling and rude and hangs up. This is a scam trying to get people to pay out money immediately with the fear that they or their loved one is going to jail.

An individual called and identified himself as Bill Larson, (but pronounce it as Bill Lawson) had some public information about a family member. He started out with an "arrest is going to made by the police on a family member before noon". This inflaming statement is design clearly to throw the receiver off guard; because, during the course of our conversation, he attempted to probe me for that family member's personal information and mine. He claimed to be a Bails Bondsman.
