Caller with a heavy, foreign accent wanted to speak with the head of our Information Technology department. I asked her to leave a message because the person was in a meeting. She asked for his email address. I told her she would have to call the person back and ask him directly. She was pushy. I said goodbye then hung up. A few moments later, she was ringing again.
