all I see is 214 453 0448 and Dallas
in the name line. Probably some outlaw
collection agency looking to phish for
some info, since they don't know who
they are calling, and collect a debt
that is outside the statute of limitations.
Every state should sue and collect from
these idiots for harassing the public.
