Call every 1/2 hour starting at 9:00 am up until around 9:00 pm. Call even on Sundays.
I DO NOT have a loan through them. I have told them this, yet they continue to call all day, every day.

Also, when they call, 1/2 the time it is a recording saying "Please hold...." and they ask ME to hold for them. Uh-NO!
