I believe that the caller is a scammer. I googled this phone number. It is currently registered to a woman in Dallas Texas (Grand Prairie area). I seriously doubt that this woman is randomly calling people all over the country (as noted in the many posts on all the different phone websites).. in order to peddle medical (i.e. menopause) and pharmaceutical products. This definitely sounds like a scam and I feel badly for the woman whose phone number is being hi-jacked (spoofed) for the scammer's objectives. The BBB recently published articles explaining the latest scams......which include spoofing the phone numbers of regular people and businesses in the hopes of tricking the person into picking up the phone...thinking that the number in the caller ID is legitimate. BBB article also stated that the scammers also use the person's own e number in the hopes of shocking him/her into picking up the phone when they see their own phone number in the caller ID. Don't pick up the phone !!

Something seriously wrong with calls from this number. Further googling shows that this phone number is also registered to the cell phone of the Business Development Manager of a company called Gov. Connection whose focus is the IT needs of federal, state and local governments and academic institutions. Again, not likely that this guy is randomly calling people all over the country doing telemarketing for menopausal and other medical products. If you discover that your phone number has been spoofed (hi-jacked), report it to your local authorities, state attorney office and the Federal Communications Commission. Caller ID spoofing is prohibited according to the Federal Communications Commission and the Truth in Caller ID Act of 2009. It is punishable by up to a 10,000 fine per violation. But, no chance in catching these people if we don't report them.
