I received the single ring call from this number as well, which is obviously intentional. When I called back the person stated:
Hi this is Lisa with Reward Redemption and we are calling you because you recently visited us on our website and then the call offers you options to select. Press 1 and you will be given $100 in gift cards all we need is a debit or credit card. Press 2 to be on our do not call list.
I asked a few questions as to how I was selected and how they received my phone number and the man became angry and raised his voice and told me I didn't listen to what he was saying and kept asking me for my credit card number. On his third attempt to get my credit card number, I told him that I don't understand how they got my phone number and that it seems like fraud. He started yelling at me and he hung up, when I said," Wow you are really yelling at me."
I have NEVER visited them on their or any other website. But across the Internet they are known to be a SCAM! Don't fall for it. They are not a reputable company. I called back with a blocked number and then gave a fake name. They still said they found that I had been selected to receive $100 in gift cards.
