message stating 'final notice from irs before being sued'. called 217-885-4211 (Il, USA on caller ID) to question this since we have no issues with irs and a man with an eastern indian accent answered "this is the irs" then hung up on me when i started to ask questions... i called again and demanded to speak to his supervisor and he hung up on me again.
