Caller indicated that an arrest warrant had been put out in my name and on my property. I was asked to call the number back, which I did multiple times.
This was obviously a scam, as they did not pick up when I returned the call, additionally an IRS agent would have left a case name and provided some identification information.

Woman with strong Indian accent called, asked if I was the owner of the computer in my home. When I asked her to clarify she just repeated the question. I asked to be taken off their calling list (I have registered my number with the Do Not Call list so I am guessing they have my data from another source). When I asked to be taken off their calling list the woman got flustered and, what I assume, cussed me out - though I cannot be sure of this as I do not speak her native language.

The person with this number before me was obviously in debt up to their fucking eyeballs, and didn't have the good sense to deal with it like an adult. So, now I get 5 to 15 calls a day about this unresolved bullshit.

I received 2 calls on 3/29/2016. I did not contact the number as I knew the IRS does not may such calls they will send you a certified notice in order to acquire a signature from you that you received the notice

When asked who was serving these documents, they did not have any information, just a number to call (865 320 9019) and a "Case number"

They have called me 20 times back to back today. Saying i refused legal papers they were trying to serve me. They said I had two hours to call them back or I would be issued a warrant for my arrest. I have no debts and no one that would be suing me. I heard from a friend the same thing happened to her and they said she had looked up inappropriate stuff online. Ashes like I don't even have internet. They wanted 199.99 and a 49.95 transaction fee and then they wouldn't tell the fbi. I've been called numerous times by this phone number 866-287-0281. Researched phone number, it's actually from a payday loan compony on the internet called MaxLend Loan Official, not Stark recovery as I have been told. I unfortunately did get scammed out of some money, but when doing research on the bank statement, the money did not go to Stark Recovery but some obscure initials and to the GB (Great Britain) UK (United Kingdom). When I answered the phone the other day, from a different number I was called from initially and got scammed out of some money, had already closed my debit card and had a new one issued, purchased Lifelock,(from phone number listed above) refused to give them any information. They do have social security number, current address and was given the first number from a friend who was being harrassed by this so called Stark Recovery and told me to call them. She did not have the name of the company that had given her this number for me to call, 866-6894426. I was threatened with a law suit if I didn't pay. The same threat the second time when I refused to give any info. The Stark Reovery official site says Stark Agency and is based in Wisconsin. These people told me they're out of Bakersfield, California and they contract their billing with a company in England when I asked them about the weird billing. The English pound is stronger than the American dollar. Who would contract with a company where their money is worth less which means they'd have to pay the company more money? Thank God for the internet's ability to research things, and Lifelock for further protection. Don't fall for the crap. I never took a payday loan from an on line company called Bel Capital Corp. which is the company I supposedly took a payday loan out with and they're recovering the money. I didn't even own a computer in Sept. 2013 which is when I allegedly took out an on line payday loan with Bel Capital.

This phone number 530-328-3904 called my sister in Oregon and demanded that she give them her bank account info and her credit card info, to buy a iPhone S10 for $900 off of her amazon account that she has not used in 4 months. this company keeps calling her phone from multiple numbers that are all coming from Pac West Telecommunications. they downloaded 3 applications onto her phone while she was trying to get their name. she has now contacted the police and filed a report because they keep calling her non-stop.
