They called me, had a strong accent - yet the accent seemed faked. It kept changing. A man called & said he was with the "online pharmacy" and wanted to know if i was in need of any prescription medicines. I said im sorry who is this. He again said he was with the online pharmacy and wanted to know if i wanted any prescription medicines that there wouldnt be any tax and the shipping was free. So i said " wouldnt that be against the law?" He said i dont know. I said well im not a paitent in need of prescriptions & you are not my doctor and you are offering me prescription medicines. So that would be breaking the law. He then hung up & i havent hears from them again.

Received call from this number. It was a recording saying they wanted to lower my credit card rate. I don't have a credit card! I pressed 1 as instructed to speak to someone just to try to find out what their scam was. It took a long time for some guy to even come on the line, but I could hear background noise like other telemarketers talking. Finally,he answered & asked if I was responding to the offer and when I said yes, I was but I didn't have a credit card his reply was "hmm" then the line went dead. He hung up on me! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!! BEWARE! When I tried to call back, I got busy signal every time.

Call from the Democratic Party of Virginia. Tried calling this number later in the day and the message given was the phone number's mailbox had not been set up. Most likely a new cell phone and the person behind this number is using this to hide his anonymity.
If you're going to call me and solicit my vote, identify yourself fully and don't hide behind a spoofed or blocked phone number. It may sway me to vote for the opposing party.

Caller called 2 times in a row. On the 2nd call, I picked up and informed him to put me on the do not call list. Caller had an Indian accent and said he was calling from the Department of Legal Affairs regarding legal action against (my name). He asked if he could speak with (my name) and I told him No. He said that he would start the legal action for "her arrest".

Received a call from this number when I answered the call lasted a few seconds and then disconnected. I called the number back and spoke with a person who stated that I qualified for a free home security system. Basically asked a lot of questions and then stated to the person to remove me from their call list and had him recite my phone number back to me.

Have received multiple calls from 815-895-3288 on multiple telephone numbers at same location. Most calls had no one on the line when I answered. About 15-20 minutes ago, I answered and an Indian sounding gentlemen indicated that he was from Windows Technical Support Center and wanted to help me with some issues that my computer had. Walked me through trying to allow him to access my computer to fix the problem. When I asked why the Caller ID said the City of Sycamore, he said that it was an international router. When I asked him for a call back number, he hung up. Obvious scam that needs to be reported to the authorities.

Got the same call yesterday. I call back and the man with a thick Indian/Nigerian accent answered as: IRS, this is Officer Todd Oliver, what is the number you are calling about. Gave him my number and he told me to hold as he is pulling my file. I told him there is another name in the account and He told me the matter only concerned me not my wife. I started laughing and he hung up. Called back 5 minutes later and the same guy answered as Criminal Investigation Officer John Miller...I told him I am recording the call and he start humming like hmmm..hmmm..hmmm. I said to him: You got caught and he cursed at me (FU) and told me come on man, I am from Nigeria, I do what Nigerian do. This is a poor country if you know Nigeria, you will understand what I am doing. Please keep what you know for yourself. I Unbelievable!!!

Had an ad on Craigslist for a Habersham buffet. Within hours of posting I got a text that reads: "Do you still have your Habersham? I'm interested in buying it and let me know it's present condition and the reason why you are selling it if you don't mind me asking" I replied. Then got this text: "Yes, am ok with the condition. I will arrange for a pick up agent that will do the pick up, inspection because am very busy at work. I will be making the payment via paypal account. Kindly get back to me with your paypal email address so that I can make the payment for you" I then realized it was a scam and blocked their number on my phone.
