I've been called numerous times by this phone number 866-287-0281. Researched phone number, it's actually from a payday loan compony on the internet called MaxLend Loan Official, not Stark recovery as I have been told. I unfortunately did get scammed out of some money, but when doing research on the bank statement, the money did not go to Stark Recovery but some obscure initials and to the GB (Great Britain) UK (United Kingdom). When I answered the phone the other day, from a different number I was called from initially and got scammed out of some money, had already closed my debit card and had a new one issued, purchased Lifelock,(from phone number listed above) refused to give them any information. They do have social security number, current address and was given the first number from a friend who was being harrassed by this so called Stark Recovery and told me to call them. She did not have the name of the company that had given her this number for me to call, 866-6894426. I was threatened with a law suit if I didn't pay. The same threat the second time when I refused to give any info. The Stark Reovery official site says Stark Agency and is based in Wisconsin. These people told me they're out of Bakersfield, California and they contract their billing with a company in England when I asked them about the weird billing. The English pound is stronger than the American dollar. Who would contract with a company where their money is worth less which means they'd have to pay the company more money? Thank God for the internet's ability to research things, and Lifelock for further protection. Don't fall for the crap. I never took a payday loan from an on line company called Bel Capital Corp. which is the company I supposedly took a payday loan out with and they're recovering the money. I didn't even own a computer in Sept. 2013 which is when I allegedly took out an on line payday loan with Bel Capital.
This site has saved my money from further scamming and helped me to arm myself with protective measures.

Scammed saying I owe a pay day loan that I never owed back in 2013 from Access Holding LLC a pay day loan I want them stopped and shut down!! They said it was a legal call!!
