I received a call today on my cell then 2 minutes later at work. I was told it was for a late payday loan. I was being given until 1 pm to make the payment and after that Iwould be arrested fri and held until Wednesday. Then charges would be over 8,000 dollars. I asked who it was for and they wouldn't say. I then said I could make 2 payments in which she said no. I then asked again who the client was in which I was denied. I guess no jail for me.

I received a call in regards to a payday loan I was late making a payment on. And by late, I mean 48 hours. They called and proceeded to tell me that they are working for the payday loan company and unless I make the full payment today, they are going to press charges against me, and I will be arrested and detained tomorrow morning. They heard a child in the background and they told me I would lose my children and be put in jail and I would have to pay $8,000 in fines and fees and I would not be granted bail. I was disconnected with them, and then received a voice mail 2 minutes later with rude and awful threats. I called the payday company and they said I was the 5th person to call this week in hysterics because of the threats that were made. I searched the internet. Jack Williams Legal Associates doesn't exist. Not to mention they changed the name of their company 3 different times when I was on the phone with them. Jack & Williams Legal Associates. Jack Williams Legal Group. They're awful people.
