Somebody called me from this # 22-209-9560 at approx. 3pm New York time today, 10/12/2009. I though I had missed an important call so I decided to call the number but got a message saying it was out of order. I decided to research it via Google and that is how I found your website...This is definitely a scam...

My guess is someone is using a spoof number service to make the calls so their real number doesn't show up on caller ID.
I did not answer call. No owner's name is listed for phone number and shows to be a cell phone number from Gulfport,MS. There was and automated voicemail left that did not identify the caller; just said to press 1 to speak with a representative. Tried calling the number back and it says that the number is not in service.

Automated call advertising to lower the interest rates on my credit cards (all if which have zero balances). Thanks but no thanks, I don't need your sales ads coming to my phone.

This company called my cell asking for credit info so they could lower my interest rate. But when I tried to call them back the number was no longer in service. Although they may have an 800 number they set their out going calls from a disconnected number. This is the second 228 number used in the last week!!!!

This company called my cell phone (only 4 family members have this #) They stated they were "Financial Solutions" from Park Ave. N.Y. and they were going to lower my debt. This "robo-call" took place on 09.03.09 after a new law went into effect on 09.01.09 prohibiting these type of calls. I filed a complaint with the ftc.
