These people are collectors... my call was related to a medical bill. They are sleazy and don't leave voicemails, so while you're at work or worrying about your friend or grandmother in the hospital, they expect you to boil in your worry over some damn $100 medical bill. the caller's name was krista.

I told her I could not pay the full amount right now, but they told me I had to pay 1/2 now, which I also cannot pay. I tried to set up a payment arrangement, but they were rude and said that was not enough. "They were going to see me in court".
