Though I have reported them to the National No Call folks more times than I can count, these people still continue to call. They usually call mid-morning, mid-afternoon, or just before 9 p.m. We have been cussed out, hung up on, harassed and harangued.
We no longer answer any calls we do not recognize. These people never leave a message and we do not call them back.
Dealing with them is a waste of my valuable time.

Owner of the company, Johan Hendrik Smit Duyzentkunst, denied any knowledge of this operation and claimed that someone was using his platform to place the calls without his knowledge. At the height of this telephone debacle it's been said that Rachel was making 27 calls a second, which is a whopping 2.4 million calls in a single day!

The FCC has temporarily halted 7 minor unprofitable boiler rooms who will receive a slap on the wrist and be back at it within a few days. In the meantime the calls will continue since they are making money with what is called a CNAM revenue-sharing program through companies like http://www.telephonemanagement.net and http://www.CallerID4U.com

Our CNAM revenue-sharing program helps you make money every time a Caller ID request is made by a phone carrier. You can now see why the criminals keep calling even though they know you won't fall for their scam. They are making money even if you don't answer the phone. If someone does make the mistake of answering the phone and falling for their scam then it is just icing on the cake for them. These people are the lowest form of filth on this planet.

1. Hang Up. Do not press 1 or any other numbers to get off the list and NEVER call them back
2. Consider blocking the number or on a cell phone add it to a contact list and assign NO ring tone
3. Report it at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
4. Report it at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov
5. People should continually file complaints with their Attorney Generals office
6. Report any criminal activity to the FBI here: https://tips.fbi.gov
This is an all out attack from these scum suckers! EVERYONE should be reporting them everywhere that they can. Since this is an obvious attempt at identity theft the FBI should be forced to get involved. (Prosecute them in criminal court instead of civil penalties).

I AM SICK OF THESE CALLS. I HAVE ASKED OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR LISTS AND THEY JUST HANG UP ON ME. I CANT GET THEM TO STOP. THEY CALL 3 OR 4 TIMES A DAY EVERYDAY. I WORK LONG SHIFTS AND THEY CALL WHILE I AM TRYING TO SLEEP. I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY AND THEY KEEP CALLING. AND IT IS FROM A DIFFERENT AREA AND NUMBER EVERYTIME I BLOCK ONE A NEW ONE COMES UP

We receive calls from these folks four or five times per week. They usually call between 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. sometimes they call in mid-afternoon, or just before 9 p.m.
We have asked to be removed, spoke to representatives who have hung up on us, reviled us, called back to cuss at us, harangued and harassed us.
We currently do not answer to phone numbers we don't recognize, allowing our answering service to take them. These people rarely if ever leave a message.
I have reported these calls again and again to the Government's National No Call list, to no avail.
It takes an awful lot of time to follow up on these outrageous calls. From now on we just don't answer the phone. They are a waste of our valuable time and anyone who really needs to contact us will leave a message.
